Exchanges and returns

Feel free to order, try on and feel the pieces for yourself. If they don't fit, return them to us quickly, easily and free of charge:

• Notify us of your withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, for example by emailing store@terezietrusinova.com. Then send the goods back no later than 14 days after withdrawal. You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• We pay for exchanges and returns through Zásilkovna. It is completely free for you.
• If you want to exchange items, we offset the price of the new items against those returned.
• We will send your new items within 5 days of receiving the products you return.

 

How to return goods free through Zásilkovna

1. Find your order on our website using your email address or by signing in.
2. Select the products you want to exchange or return. Use the returns form.
3. Choose the new items you would like. We will refund any price difference, or you can pay the balance.
4. Pack the items you want to return or exchange. Please include the delivery note in the parcel.
5. Do not write an address on the parcel.
6. Take the parcel to a Zásilkovna drop-off point. Find your nearest branch here: www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky.
7. Tell the staff the code “99510680” and you pay nothing.
