They may process online identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser data, visited pages, interactions, order events and advertising campaign parameters. This information may constitute personal data.

Specific cookies and storage periods
The main measurement identifiers are listed below. Their duration may renew on a subsequent visit with consent, and the browser may shorten it. Cookie storage duration is not the same as the provider's data retention period.
- CookiesConsent (Shoptet, necessary): stores category choices and a consent record identifier for 180 days.
- TTConsentVersion (Livestis s.r.o., necessary): links the saved choice to the information version shown when a new choice was made; 180 days. It is not used for advertising or traffic analysis.
- _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, analytics): distinguish visitors and sessions; Google's settings typically allow up to 24 months, with a maximum of 400 days observed in Chrome on 11 September 2026.
- _gcl_au and, where used, _gcl_aw / _gcl_dc (Google Ads, marketing): attribute visits and conversions to advertising, typically 90 days.
- _fbp and, where used, _fbc (Meta, marketing): distinguish the browser and advertising click, typically 90 days.
- _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid and ttcsid_* (TikTok, marketing): identification for advertising measurement and matching; 90 days when checked on 11 September 2026. TikTok states up to 13 months from last use for pixel identifiers. ttclid may also be used when arriving from an ad.
- _pin_unauth, _derived_epik and, where used, _epik (Pinterest, marketing): link visits and advertising clicks, up to 1 year.
Other technologies and their retention periods depend on the purpose and settings of the service in the provider overview. You may request information on identifiers in use at store@terezietrusinova.com.
Consent, refusal and withdrawal
On your first visit, you may accept all, reject all or choose individual categories. Optional categories are not pre-enabled, and refusal does not prevent shopping. You can change settings at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and applies going forward. After withdrawal, we stop activating the relevant technologies; you can also delete existing cookies in your browser.
Renewal of earlier consents: since 11 September 2026, we require a new choice if an earlier positive setting is not linked to the current information version. Optional categories remain disabled until a new choice is made. Earlier refusals are preserved. The new wording does not retroactively change the validity of earlier consents.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and OpenAI services and some subcontractors may process data outside the EEA, particularly in the USA. Transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision, particularly the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses and any supplementary measures.
Data matching and order measurement
Marketing consent also covers sharing hashed order contact data with advertising partners for enhanced conversions and matching. Depending on availability, email, phone number, first and last name and order address may be used. Google Ads uses SHA-256 hashes of email, phone number and name to attribute conversions to advertising. Other address data, such as city, region, postcode and country, IP addresses and online identifiers may be transmitted without hashing. With marketing consent, Google and the other listed advertising partners may also use IP addresses for advertising measurement and personalisation. We use similar matching with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads). Hashing is not anonymisation. Partners may link data to their account information; we may transmit events through the browser and server. Placing an order is not consent to advertising use of contact details. See our privacy policy.
Advertising partner information
Google · Meta · TikTok · Pinterest · OpenAI. These links supplement the information on this page. To change your choice for our store, use Cookie settings in the footer, rather than only in an advertising partner's account.
ChatGPT Ads: identifiers and matching
After marketing consent is given, we use OpenAI Measurement Pixel and, where applicable, server-side Conversions API. OpenAI may receive page and product views, additions to basket, checkout starts and order creation, product details, currency and order value, page addresses, IP addresses, browser data and advertising identifiers. For matching, available email and phone data are transmitted only after normalisation and SHA-256 hashing. Hashing is not anonymisation. The advertising click identifier oppref and browser identifier obref may be stored in __oppref and __obref cookies. When checked on 13 September 2026, __oppref was stored for 30 days and __obref for 365 days. The browser may shorten these periods. Retention and recipient details are described in OpenAI's policies. We stop using supporting hashed contacts in sessionStorage after 30 minutes and remove them when consent is withdrawn. Consent can be changed in Cookie settings. Following the update to information version 20260913.1, we require a new choice from visitors with earlier positive settings.
